Remember when you were younger and you wished you were older?  Well now that we’re older, many of us wish we were younger and yearn for our youth.  Does that describe you?

If you find yourself wishing you were younger, and looking to hold back the hands of time, and find your very own fountain of youth, you don’t have to.

The fountain of youth is within in you, and when you tap into your own personal fountain, you will feel alive, vibrant, healthy and energetic.

You just need to know how, and that’s exactly what I’m going to share with you.

It all starts with your mind

Youth is a state of mind and your body is a bi-product of your mind as mind and body work together synergistically.

You have to acknowledge what your mental aspect is towards your age and getting older.  If your health and fitness is not up to par, and you’re feeling tired and worn out all the time,  are you telling yourself….“I’m older.  I’m supposed to be tired.  It’s harder to be in shape.”

Whenever someone asks you, “how ya doin?”,  it’s time to stop saying to yourself and those around you “I’m hangin’ in there”. 

It’s that type of mindset that will make you and keep you older than your years.

If that’s the story you want to tell yourself I’m calling you out and saying bullshit on that!

Don’t get me wrong.  As we age, so does our physiology. That is inevitable.  We lose muscle mass, we experience hormonal changes (both men and women) and yes, our metabolism slows down and to keep our weight to a healthy level becomes more and more of a challenge. Just because you’re over 40, it doesn’t mean that you’re doomed to live out the rest of your life feeling tired all the time, and not experiencing the best of health and thinking you’ll never lose weight and look and feel the way you did back in High School.

However, most people over 40 do think that and believe that.

Again, I say that way of thinking is bullshit.

You absolutely CAN feel better, look better, and have more energy and vitality.  You just have to BELIEVE you can.

And it all start with what I call “taking control of your health, rather than allowing your health (or lack there of) take control of you”.

It all starts with YOU

This is not rocket science and not as hard and complicated as you think it is.

First things first.

STOP eating foods you know are going to piss your body off.

Let’s be real.  If you’re taking any type of medication, whether prescribed by a doctor or over the counter, how much of that can be avoided or reduced simply by getting your ass off the couch and stop eating foods you know are not contributing to your overall health.

Time to take responsibility and take control

It’s time to take responsibility for where you are at now with regard to your health, fitness, general well being and quality of life.

You’re not in your 20’s or 30s, but what you do NOW is going to dictate how you live the rest of your life.

I don’t know about you, but I still plan on kickin ass and rockin’ life rather than life kickin’ my ass and it rockin’ me.  I don’t plan on living out the last 30 or so years of my life feeling sick, tired, weak and decrepit and neither should you.

I’m out living life and the quality of your life and the life you live becomes more important as you get older.

It’s not too late to turn things around.
Focus on your health first and foremost and with that strength, energy and vitality will fall into place.  Not to mention a better body too.
